
1. What do you mean by 925 sterling silver?
925 Sterling Silver is 92.5% parts silver and 7.5% parts alloy combined into silver jewelry.
2. Is all your jewelry Sterling Silver?
YES! All our jewelry contains a minimum of 92.5% silver. Our strict quality control ensures that every piece is thoroughly checked and carries a "925" hallmark. We would never release jewelry below the 925-standard that can jeopardize our excellent reputation in quality.
3. Do you use real gemstones?
Yes! All the gemstones we use are real and of high quality. The only synthetic stones we use are Cubic Zirconia (CZ), which does not exist in a natural state.
4. Do you have a catalog / hard copy catalog?
No, we do not
5. What is the minimum order?
A minimum purchase of US $300.00 per one-time order is required with the following quantity details:
- Rings 7 pcs per size
- Earrings 10 prs per model
- Pendants 10 pcs per model
- Bracelets 10 pcs per model
- Necklace 10 pcs per model

6. How can I order your styles?
You may place an order via email by sending us the style numbers, quantities, sizes (for rings) and stones selections. We also have an online order form. All orders are immediately confirmed upon receipt along with an estimation of weight, the approximate amount due, and the delivery date.
7. This is my first time order. Can I order below the minimum requirement?
Yes, you can. However, you may choose from from our available stock. You may purchase from our ready stock with a minimum purchase of US$ 300.00 and a minimum order of 3 pieces per design and 3 pieces per size for rings.
8. Do you do custom orders? Can you produce our designs?
Yes, we do. For custom orders, we would prefer to produce based on your own samples you provide for us. All the styles proposed by our customers will be kept confidential and will not be exposed to other customers.
9. How many workers are working for you?
More than 150 silversmiths and 50 staff members are working at their utmost best in order to give you the finest in quality products and services.
10. Do you carry items in stocks?
Yes we do.
11. Can I pay by credit card?
Our preferred method of payment is by wire transfer (Telegraphic Transfer) through the following institution: Bank Central Asia, Denpasar Branch, Bali, Indonesia. However, we also accept payments by major credit cards for purchases less than or equal to $300.
12. How do you ship your products? What courier do you use?
All orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL or UPS (customer's choice). Usually it takes about 2 - 4 business days, using FedEx, DHL or UPS, to reach our customers (if there is no customs delay).
13. How much does the shipping cost?
We will not know the exact shipping cost until we pack up and find out the gross weight of the package. It depends on the size and weight of the items you order. We can however give you an estimate of the cost.
14. Do you charge any handling fees for shipping?
No, we charge customers exactly what FedEx or UPS would charge us. We don't make money on shipping because we are not in this business.
15. How do I maintain my silver jewelry? How should I clean my silver jewelry?
Salt water, chlorine used in swimming pools, soap and perspiration can easily tarnish the beauty of your silver jewelry. Therefore, maintaining your beautiful silver jewelry is very important. It would be best if you, periodically, say every three months, could clean and polish you silver jewelry using silver polish and polishing cloth made especially for silver jewelry. Such maintenance will remove tarnish that gets on the jewelry and preserve the lustre of your silver jewelry for years to come.
16. What are your return policies?
We will accept any defective piece of our jewelry. You may return the defective piece to our address for an exchange. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for us to either fix or replace the defective jewelry.
